REVIEW: Wenger Squadron Chrono (Teil 1)

Wenger ist eine von wenigen Marken, die Sie wahrscheinlich vorstellen, wenn jemand die Schweizer Armee sagt (die andere ist wahrscheinlich Victorinox). Allerdings ist dies die erste praktische Überprüfung einer Schweizer Armee-Uhr, die wir gemacht haben, also gebe ich dem Hut-Tipp Wenger als "das".

Das spezifische Modell, das wir zur Überprüfung geschickt haben, ist das Squadron Chrono (Modell 77055). Das Chrono-Bit ist selbsterklärend, aber was ist mit dem Squadron-Namen? Dafür werde ich auf ihre Materialien verweisen:

Sie sind vielleicht nicht glücklich über eine Quarzwerk, aber in dieser Uhr bietet es ein paar Vorteile. Eines ist natürlich die Genauigkeit. Noch wichtiger für dieses Stück ist es aber eine ziemlich dünne (11mm) Uhr. Dies ermöglicht es, unauffällig in täglichen Verschleiß, sowie Abbau auf das Gewicht des Stückes.

Also, ja, es passt ganz leicht unter eine Hemdmanschette. Jetzt werden wir es wieder unter die Manschette verbergen, bis wir morgen die Sachen abholen.
